received a settlement offer letter for $51.66 from a current balance of $103.31 a debt from 12 years ago under name Anna Fisher. Called the company and refuse to give proof only repeated you owe debt and need to pay. Called AT&T Broadband LLC and they have no record of a debt owed or any account sold to a collection agency in my name. Told company they have the wrong person and the Howard repeats you owe this debt like a parrot speaking ask for a supervisor put on hold no one answered. called back and someone pickup phone click twice and hungup.
