I mean really! Just how stupid do they think people are? I really hate being insulted by scumbags. Repugnant Capital Services, L.P. The only information on the "credit application" is a space for DOB,SS#,Home and Business phone #'s.

Yeah, right! I really hate when morons try to be clever. That was an old sears account way past the statute of limitations for collections. Dont ever sign one of these things!

BEWARE..it will re-establish a new debt and they will have all of your info they currently DO NOT have so they can harrass or sue you.

Typical debt collector employee tripe

How so typical of debt collector employee rebuttals.

Here's something to ponder.

What debt collectors don't want you to know.

It's no coincidence that the rebuttals from alleged employees don't bother to mention your rights and protections. They don't want you to know. What's amusing is that these debt collectors are required by law to tell you that you have the right to DISPUTE and request VALIDATION of the alleged debt. If they don't tell you how to dispute and demand validation (you have to do this in WRITING - so they have to tell you WHERE to send a letter) when they are talking to you, they are then required by the FDCPA to send you a written notice of this alleged debt that includes a statement that you have the right to DISPUTE IT and demand VALIDATION.

Have they done this? Did they tell you where to send a written letter to dispute and demand validation of this alleged debt? Probably not. If they didn't tell you this while talking to you (or in their notice to you), they are then required by law to send you a written notice of your right to dispute and demand validation of this alleged debt within 5 days from their initial contact! (The date that they first called you.) If this hasn't been done, that's a violation of the FDCPA right there, so that should give you an idea of how they conduct their 'legitimate' business.

Also, the SOL for open revolving credit accounts (CC and store CC) varies from state to state: 3 to 15 years, not 6 to 15 years.

Go back to your cubicle and violate the FDCPA some more! LOL!

This debt collector needs to take his uneducated drivel back to his cubucle now.

I am responding to a bottomfeeding crackheads drivel here.
Here is some education for the uneducated.
And, what is the reason you are seeking out reports on this company 2 years after the post? Do you work for these bottomfeeders?

Yes, it IS a scam. They try to trick people into making a debt collectable that is otherwise legally uncollectable.

Actually, the SOL range for open accounts like credit cards is from 3 to 15 years, NOT 6 to 15 years.

And, yes, onnce a debt is past SOL, it is no longer owed, legally. I suggest you lay off the koolaid you are drinking in that cubicle.

No, it is NOT like stealing. If it was stealing they could prosecute for theft. You need to learn the difference between a criminal case and a civil one. No theft here. Just more crackhead collector drivel here.

Here is my favorite part of your post:
"This credit card program is great, I had one of my old debts put on it and was able to repay it and help my credit. Now if you havent grown up yet and still dont pay your bills and wont take care of the debt then the card program isnt for u. Maybe its a good thing u didnt go for it, ur too much of a dummy to see what good it could do."

First of all, paying an old debt to a third party collector/bottomfeeder, will NEVER help your credit. It will in every case, make your score go down. Fact.

Second, I was most likely dealing with these issues already long before you were born, so don't talk about growing up. I can tell from your post that you have limited intelect and are very young.

Third, I'm too much of a dummy? Why don't you learn how to use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation? You are a moron. Go back to your cubicle now and hit that crack pipe some more.

The bottom line here is that idiots like you buy in to all of the brainwashing and propaganda put out by these bottomfeeder companies. They recruit the young and uneducated and mold them into their distorted way of thinking.

FYI..Paying a third party collector/junk debt buyer, will NEVER put money in the hands of the creditor that actually loaned the money and lost money. With that said, why would anyone ever pay a third party collector?

NOT A SCAM
Any bad credit can be reported up to 7 years but the statute of limitations to take u to court for the owed amount can be anywhere fro 6 to 15 years depending in what state u live in. Just because this debt may be 10, 15, or even 20 years old doesnt mean u dont owe it. If u dont pay it it's like stealing. This credit card program is great, I had one of my old debts put on it and was able to repay it and help my credit. Now if you havent grown up yet and still dont pay your bills and wont take care of the debt then the card program isnt for u. Maybe its a good thing u didnt go for it, ur too much of a dummy to see what good it could do.
