We were approached by a smooth talking pushy guy name Norty who doesn't even work for Retail Capital but scouts for them working on a commision base to bring in new loans.  He told us to sign for other people and promised us rtates that retail capital later changed to much higher interest rates during the loan.  Then Norty refused to answer his phone once the docs were signed and lied and said he never made those promises.  We had to lidigate to resolve.  Do not trust them, especially Norty from American funding.  It will cost you thousands.
