I was a resident in this complex for 6 month as a military member. I was recalled and had to move with only a few weeks notice. I still had to pay a penality for leaving early. Which is illegal in Texas. Now I have also been hit with cleaning fees. I was only notified of the latter by the collections company. My credit is damaged now!
