I recieved a letter from "Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc. regarding past due account fo $27.95 with E. Burnhan Cosmetic Company for the purchase of "Retinol Ultra Skin Care Creme".
This is the first time I ever heard of these company's. I never requested, received or wanted this product.
I called the number on the letter. Through automated prompts, I was able to dispute this charge, and indicate I never requested this product. However, no person is available through this number. I think this is a scam looking for "suckers".

The product you are reffering to is a free 21 day sample, the only way a person receives this is by filling out a postcard and it being sent back to us. On the post card it clearly states that if not canceled within the 21 days, you will be sent out a full size jar with an invoice. If that gets ignored, then you get sent to collections just like any business would. We always encourage all of our customers to please read everything when siging up for something.
