To begins with he promised things that just didnt come true. Yes I know i should have gotten it on a contract but you know he seemed like a man of his word boy was I wrong. The contract terms of service were incorrect from what he said, but kept me busy distracting me with talk about 20 other things while once in a while spouting lies about the contract i was going to sign. More promises but all a distraction from his real business of deception. Easy to contact the first few times I had problems after that NEVER returned phone calls and was alway sent to other branches or representitives of his companies or groups he represented. The machine he gave me I am sure was used actually from a business across the street who returned it. Promised free gift cards NEVER gotten. A real smoke and mirrors kind of business man. RUN and RUN fast from this guy and his companies all of which claim to be the best. Yes the best at taking advantage of anyone they do business with. I am hoping that someone will get a class action suit up against him and Retreiver and NPC and Select Merchant Services.

That picture is NOT the Tim Lane you are looking for. He screwed me and my family and my business and I had to file bankruptcy to get out of those dam phony leases. He thrives on people in trouble with their business. He is a snake and needs to be put in prison.

On March this guy came into my store and said his name was Tim Lane, he began to tell me how he can help. He said he would lower my cc costs by $40.00. I decided to sign up with him. He put me in a lease of $49.00 a month for 48 months. I did get the processing but nothing else. How do I cancel this contract. My camera did get a picture of the guy merchant beware. Hi, I believe I had tried to contact you before regarding Tim lne. Now we have 5 people altogether that have issues with him. a new person just emailed today regarding the Tim Lane Ripoff Artist. I am trying to gather info form everybody so that we can file a class action suit against him. I guess now he has changed his name to John Hurts.

He did it to me too, but he introduce himself as John Hurts, and other of his client show me a picture claiming he is Tim Lane i show it to other of his clients and they said yes is Tim Lane, me and other of his clients are in the process of suing this man but i need more victims of him can you join us my email is cvprincesa1988@live.com i have his picture you can tell me is it him or no
