I placed an order on May 19, 2013 for 50 engraed flute glasses on www.reunionbasic.com, which is an affiliated company of I Do Industries, which was suppose to be delivered before my event date that I entered on the ordere when I placed it (their online order form asks "what is your event date"), I entered on 6/4/13 on their website when I placed my order.  May 21, 2013 I received a call from the sales & Purchasing manager Valvert R. Thompson saying that he did not have the glasses and if I was interested in another product (he suggested coffee mugs), I siad no becuase the flute glasses is what I wanted.  I told him since he didn't have them to refund me my money back which was $262,50.  He then told me in order to get my order on time that his supplier would need to rush ship my order and it would cost me an additional $80.00 in shipping (I had already paid $50.00 for shipping).  I told him that I was not able to pay anymore for shipping, then he offered to pay half, I again said no,, tht if you don't have the glasses to refund me my money back.  I told him that if they couldn't deliver my order as regular shipment and have it arrive by 6/4/13 like my order stated then to cancel my order and refund me back my money.  He then said "let me call my supplier back and see what I can do and if I can't get them I will refund you your money back in 24 hours."  He emailed me later the same day with-in the hour and said that the issue was all taken care of and that I would have my order as promised by 6/4/13, and that he was trying to have it arrive on 6/3/13.  He had asked me if he could ship them to my event on 6/5/13 and I told him that I needed to have them before I left orlando to travel with to my event location that I could not have them delivered at the event location.

I recieved my order on 5/30/13.  When I opened the box it only had 48 glasses (4 boxes of 12 glasses each).  I called the company, but their voice recorder says they don't take calls that you have to email your sales person.  So I did and he emailed me back on 5/31/13 saying I should have recieved two boxes (find that hard to believe wince the box was marked 1/1.  I emailed him right back and said "please send me the tracking number so I can track the package."  This was on 5/31/13 and as of 6.3 I had nt recieved a response from him about my missing two glasses.  My event was in a couple of days and I couldn't hand out glasses to some classmates and not the otheres.  I left several messages on the companies voicemail, and no response.  He finally emails me and said for some reason the two glasses was shipped back to the supplier and that they were broken.  I've sent emails asking to to pick up their partical order of glasses that's still sitting her becuase like I told him on 5/21, if he didn't have all 50 glasses I could not use them.  It appears that they never had the glasses from the start, especially after he called me two days after I placed my order and told me he didn't have them and then trying to sell me another product that I wasn't interested in, and refusing to refund me my order before engraving a particial order.  Andt the huge box that they shipped the glasses in could have held the other two glasses had they had them like they siad they did, why would they have shipped them in seperate boxes when this one huge box would have heled two more glasses.

So on the 17th of July he send a refund of $10.50 to my credit card for the two missing glasses which I am going to mail back to them.  The min order on these flute glasses was 50, so if you don't sell two glasses how are you going to send me a refund for two glasses?

I am very upset with how lightly this company has taken this...in one email response Valvert Thompson writes "Whith all due respect, I don't see how 2 missing glasses has ruined your event.  Let's be serious here.  We will issue you a refund on the 2 broken glasses as we do not issue full refunds on personalized items, of which you got in time for your event."

My point is that I asked you before you shipped this partical order that if you didn't have all 50 glasses and could have them to me by 64/13 to just refund me my money back, which at that time on 5/21/13 you hadn't even started to engrave anything.
