Our costumes cost over $800 each. I tried lots of times to get someone via email to help me with issues on the order. No success. When you fl I’m the website- no emails. On Instagram- no response. We had to find their contract through mutual friends.
When it was time to pick up our four costume it was the worst experience! They had the orders wrong. They looked NOTHING like what was advertised. And the worst fitting ever. When we asked for a refund they declined! They would not give us our money back.
We tried everything to get help but could not. In the end they took over $2400 dollars from us and gave us some broke, small , cheap version of what was advertised. The guy kevin was so rude. And oylan was acting like she was dumb or couldn’t figure out how to help us. Stay away! They ruined our whole trip to miami. I saved all year for my costume!
