Reverse Mortgage Solutions keep delaying repair money paid by insurance company. Houston Texas

RMS received the check from the insurance company on 8/21/2018 along with the forms from the insurance company. RMS said they needed forms signed by the roofing contractor even though their forms didn't indicate this.

Every time I call RMS they say they need another form even though I've emailed it to them. I feel that they are stalling sending me a check so I can get my roof fixed before the next storm. I'm afraid that there will be more damage and it has caused me great anxiety.
