Revive Med Spa False Claims about Dermal Fillers Texas

Sonya (the nurse practitioner) who does the injections.  She injected a syringe of Juvederm in my lips.  

A few days later, after the swelling went down, there was a deep crease in the skin above one side of my lip (it was not there before).  Additionally, the right side of my upper lip was bigger than the left side.   When I returned to have her fix the problem she made multiple excuses as to why it was not her fault and in the end said I had to buy more Juvederm to fix the symmetry issue.   I was not happy but went ahead and bought another syringe. 

After she filled my lips, she claimed that if I purchased one syringe of Voluma for $799.00 and filled my cheeks, the crease (that she created) and my nasolabial folds would disappear.  I felt that I should not have to pay to get rid of the crease  but decided that I would do it because I wanted to treat the nasolabial folds and this would address both.   After injecting the Voluma, I realized that she lied to make the sale.  The Voluma did not cause the crease or the nasolabial folds to disappear.  In addition, after the swelling went down, the left side of my upper lip was larger than the right side and my left cheek was larger than my right cheek. 

When I returned two weeks later to resolve these new problems, she had an attitude and was clearly angry.  She claimed she saw no problem with my lips and cheeks.   She further stated that I needed to purchase 6 more syringes of Voluma (an additional $4790.00) to get rid of the crease and my nasolabial folds!  Needless to say, I will not be going back again.
