Revive Skin Cream ResQ D JROKINC*ROCSERUM I ordered a sample of skn cream and eye cream for shipiping and handling only. Then 14 days later I was charged nearly $200 for an alleged monthly shipment. Denver CO

I responded to an ad for the skin cream.  I saw nothing indicating that this was a time limited offer and that I  would have an active account for monthly shipments thereafter.  I called the company on March 27 when two agents hung up on me and the third said he coudnl't refund me because there was no supervisor there.  I calleed the next morning and insisted on a full refund.  I was offered a 25% then a 75% refund, but i insisted on a full refund before disputing the charge with my bank.  Then they agreed to refund me but said it would take up to 10 business days,which is unacceptable.

Even if someone wanted to buy the product, it is outrageously priced at nearly $100 per small container.

They apparently do this all the time.  It is clear fraud.
