This company took unauthorized funds from my bank account. They were only authorized to take the 4.95 for shipping and handling. Want my money back!

I too had a problem with this company and the sister company elegent eyes?! They give you a trial offer and you do not see where it is an automatic ship and bill account.
I received the product which made me not only break out in a rash but physically sick. I called them to discuss why I was billed, was told to send it back and they would refund me, but in the mean time I was billed again.
I did get a refund for one of each, elegent eyes and divine skin care but I was rebilled again. I just found out and called them and between the argueing I did and them not listening they are giving me 1/2 of the original amount and NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO CONTACT THEIR "SISTER" COMPANY,or so they say. So I have to pay half for something that made me physically sick and I cannot even get the other one on the phone because all the numbers I have are out of order. Hmmmm. Telling in itself. RIP OFF BIG TIME
