August 11th 2015 around 11am Eastern time

I open ebay web page and I get an offer to answer a survey and btw get a reward

After answering all the questions, I am redirected to a choice of "rewards"
I choose the only product for men (all others are for women)

This is for a free 30 days of( MuscleRev

I got redirected to getmrxnow.com and after filling the form I must provide my credit card number to pay the shpipping.

Then I received a second offer for another product : RevTest for which I have to pay the shpping too.

At the end of the transaction, I see very little gray text at the bottom of the page...
It says I will be billed $89.47 per month un less I cancel.

What a reward! Ok then I decide to call the specified phone number (which was invalid)

I finally obtained the real phone number of this company and asked to cancel  the renewals

The guy on the phone tells me that in order to cancel my account, I need to pay because only 14 days were free and they shipped a 30 days supply. I told the guy that they offered me a free 30 day supply but the guy stayed on his position. He also told me he can not cancel the order because it was already shipped (10 minutes after the web transaction ?!?)

I paid the shipping for a free 30 days supply (a reward) and the only options RevLabs give me are:

1) Send more money to RevLabs

2) Send the stuff (with a RMA)

With option 1, I would get a paid reward

With option 2, I would have nothing on hand but spent money (well over $30)

This a dishosnest business practice.
