I ordered 2 skin products, 1 was $6.95 and 1 was $1.95, I used my debit card to pay for them, when I checked my back account, and saw they had charged me $69.95 for something I never ordered. To me this is fraud, and a bad company to deal with. I had to call my bank and ask them what to do in case they tried this again. I now have to get a new DEBIT CARD which will take a week People should know about companies like this.

Subscription service

AUTHOR: Florida Native - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 12, 2018

Make sure you actually cancel the automated subscription service you joined when you ordered those products. It is very common now for skin care products to offer either a trial version or a "free" product with you only paying the shipping charges in exchange for your membership to a subscription service. The mandatory membership is usually buried in the terms and conditions. They will ship you product every month and charge your card on file accordingly. The charge is for the full retail price plus shipping. Make sure you follow the cancelation proceedures exactly so you don't get charged again. Never sign up for these automatice subscription services - and they are everywhere.  They are the most expensive way to buy anything IMO.
