I redeemed 100,000 points for a $100 Amazon Gift card in Nov 2012. I was told it would take 8 weeks. I emailed after 8 weeks and nothing. Checked my Amazon account and no gift credit. It is now may 2013 and I have heard nothing. My account has been reduced by 29,000 points for a gift card but it has never been issued. It still shows as pending. They are stealing from poor people who need these gift cards to buy Christmas gifts.
