Rex MD Never Delivered product. Web site wont let you cancel cause your password gets changed..

Never delivered on what they promised. Placed order and went through the process. Card charged and got message saying it was shipped. After 7 days, I called, (judgeing by the accent, was from India), asking what was up. SHE said it was in my city and should be delivered shortly.

Would not give me a tracking number or tell me what "city" she was talking about. Tried to log into the website to track, where she told me I could, but for some reason my password was now invalid. (no, it was correct), When I tried to reset it, the email I got had dead links on it and could not reset my password.

Called again to tell them to send me a temporary one so I could log in and reset it. They sent me (after a few days) the same email with the dead links. Had to cancel my card and get another because I could not cancel my suscription. Now im worried my personal information may have gotten into the wrong hands. Do not deal with these people.
