This guy posted a property for sale and we made a appointment to go look at it. Once we went to look at it in miami, florida i had asked him i want to offer a lower price and he tells me yes yes do not worry i will get you the best deal and you do not have to worry, so i went with his tactic to lure me in his SCAM that he had planned.
I made an offer and after an hour he calls me and tells me hey i got you a better deal come to my office that is located at 3426 W 84 st Unit 103C. so i go and had a hard time finding his lttile office he has set up to look like he is legit but anything but... i had given him $8500 deposit and was told he will get eveything done right away not to worry.
so i went with it, after a couple of days this SCAMMER does not answer my calls and calls me after 3 days and tells me he is working on it not to worry so again i went for his Bogus LIES!! after a week till this day he DOES NOT answer my phone calls , this SCAMMER STOLE $8500 FROM ME!!
i am in contact with the authorities and was told they have been getting alot of compliants against this guy and are investgating this matter. PLEASE IF SOMEBODY ELSE HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS WORHTLESS SCAMMER PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!

Rey Labrada is a wonderful realtor! I know Rey has a friend and also as a realtor. He was first an elementary teacher for 12 years than he became a realtor. He is a father of 4 kids and a great dad and husband! Who ever has done buisiness with him or is his friend....will know that the negative review is all a lie and false. that is a fake review from someone who maybe he tried hard to find them a property but it was be on his hands to do so. because believe me if its up to Rey he will do the impossible through to make it happen.
Wheather its getting tenants approved for screening...he will go way and beyond he does not take no for answer. So Im sorry to hear someone is writting a bad review about Rey but just know its a lie. REy has NEVER stolen any money from no one. In fact, in the time i was his customer i witness many happy and returning clients. Also, many that only trusted Rey. THANK YOU REY!!! IN MY BOOK YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

The author of this report is either a liar, or seriously deluded. Rey is a great relator who makes an effort to help all his customers. He has helped many friends find rentals throughout Miami. The author sounds like one of those people that expects to buy a $500,00 house, with only 10k down and a 450 FICO score. Give me a break! If he stole your 8,000 why didn't you go to the police..??

Miami Neighborhood is a great real estate office in Hialeah. Rey Labrada is an excellent and very profesional realtor. He has over 11 years of experience. He is a realtor that cares about his client. Always trying to help and giving his best. One of his dreams is to help as much people he can to buy their homes and live the American dream.
I can only say good things about him. His office is always full with people wanting for Rey to help them with so many real estate office in the area why would you wait if he wasnt good at what he does. BEST REALTOR IN TOWN! Thank You.
