I am an ex buyer and victim of RGV puppies and have been keeping an eye in this puppymill for a longtime now. Jessica Benavidez with RGV-puppies does run a big puppymill. She does buy alot of her puppies from flea markets as well as from the streets and sells them as hers. Everything is fake no papers no parents on site. She will not let you visit her at her place and rather meet you somewhere else she does not answer any local calls because all she cares is to sell online which is more easier for her to lie to buyers.

i too purchased a pup from her last year
i have since received my ckc papers.
i had to send a complaint to the ckc kennel club-she does have some dogs registered
and in order for her to continue to sell pups with papers she had 30 days to send me the information on the parents so i could register him.and i did get info from her. after trying to contact her telephone,text or email after she ships pup you do` not hear from her again. he is a very wiered dog ,he bearly leaves my side and , runs backwards in circles , but i do love him dearly. i do believe they are puppymill and imbred dogs and she should be shut down . but i dont live in her state and cant get any co-operation from any authrities in mcallen texas.
