Ali Hassan of RH Investments is working with Anton Danilovich of Diablo Valley Group LLC and other entities such as venturesire.net (A Sotheby's realtor) to lure in investors to purchase property. Hopefully that goes well with the investores. Unfortunately, it does not go well with those under contract with Ali Hassan. Ali Hassan has signed contracts with two entities to perform work on these properties and does not pay. Mechanic's liens or legal action is the only recourse. Buyer and contractors beware.

I would like to update my original complaint to remove all parties from this complaint except for Ali Hassan at RH Investments.
I would like to remove/redact Anton Danilovich, a Venture-Sotheby's Realtor, from the above complaint as this transaction was independently orchestrated by Ali Hassan. Anton Danilovich and Diablo Valley Group relied on RH Investments to ensure that this property project was adequately managed by their investment representative Ali Hassan. After speaking with Anton Danilovich, we are confident that Anton was unaware of the outstanding issues with the property based on his relayed conversations with Ali. Anton has cleared all balances with our company and we look forward to working with him independently to complete this project.
