RHEEM RUDD Manufacturing BEWARE WARRANTY TERMINOLOGY RIP OFF Atlanta Georgia

I had a Rheem air conditioner system installed in 2012. No problem until 6 years later. They covered the broken part but then told me the last 4 years of the warranty would not be covered as my name was not on the house deed at the time (It has been on since 2015). 

However the Warranty says it is to the PURCHASER, which I was and proved it with my credit card statement and my signature on the sales agreement.  I sent a certified letter to the CEO, Mr J.R. Jones, and he didn't even have the decency to reply. 

So with this report I am warning buyers to double check the warranty terms and make sure you have every little detail checked. Don't say I didn't warn you.
