Charged 6000 dollars and did not fight to get apartment saved.  Did not even read case file even though had the file for over one year.  Got evicted because he told us not to pay rent.  DO NOT USE HIM! BAD LAWYER. He will take your money and not help you.  HE did absolutely nothing to help me. DO NOT USE HIM
