Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Richard Wayne uses long prolonged tactics in order to charge his clients for months. He charges for EVERYTHING including emails, brief telephone conversations and even charged for gas mileage to the courthouse!!! If you don't pull the reigns on him, he will go crazy with his tactics in trying to swindle his clients.
Be very careful and thorough when looking through the bill. You will be surprised with the petty charges. My total bill was over 100k with no results. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer..

Richard C. Wayne & Associates is a professional firm and one that is detail-oriented to make sure nothing is left undone. i have been very happy with their handling my issues and will continue to go to them for support. anyone unhappy with how their billing was done should take into account that any good lawyer is NOT going to be cheap, nor can they be fast due to their inablility to push defendants, court deadlines, etc. be patient and wait the course, i have and am very satisfied. also, remember that ultimately the courts decide on your case and an attorney can't guarantee anything. your anxiety and anger may be misplaced by blaming someone that is trying to do their job and help you.
