I filed a $200K lawsuit against Well Fargo for wrongful forcloser and my lawyer said it should not take more than 12 weeks for them to make a offer to settle out of court.
Well 14 months later we settle with the morgage company for $20,000.00 and we paid this incompetent lawyer $63,000.00 and he thought that was the best we could do, so don't walk, but run when you see this shark because he will run up the bill with very little results.
