In response to Nancy Iatelli false accusations and out right lies about her experience with Holistic Health Solutions and Richard Campanella. I would like to comment  on the truth of our meetings. I was introduced to Nancy in December of 2008 in which she set up a appointment with me for a laser treatment for her 20 years of pain she experiences from her profession of cutting hair. I was very honest and blunt with Nancy about her unreal expectations about getting relief in 1 treatment from laser treatments. I told Nancy since she has the pain for 20 years it was going to be several sessions consistently to receive results from this therapy, that these treatments werent magic and she should expect minimal response from the first treatment but she should continue to gain relief after several sessions that these treatments have a residual effect. Nancy agreed and purchased 5 laser sessions for $300.00 also I explained to Nancy that I was opening up a new facility in 2 weeks a little further north approximately 3 miles away. Nancy called me back 2 weeks later and said she didnt get any results from the treatment in which I reminded her about our original conversation about consistency. She complained that her work schedule was busy and I responded that we are open 7 days a week and I would stay later at night to help her out. Nancy said she would call me back next week to make another appointment.

The next time I heard from Nancy was about 7 months later when she again called telling me she is in pain I spent probably 1 hour on the phone going over our original conversation about how she needed to make time to receive treatments for her on going chronic pain situation. She agreed to come into the office that week well she came in about 2 months later.We spent 2 hours with her letting her try different therapies for free also giving her advice on the importance of nutrional supplements to in corporate for her situation. Nancy then started to ask for her money back that she gave me 10 months ago, I explained that was not our policy after 10 months that I would honor her unused portion of her payment towards any therapy or nutritional product we have. She said she would come back next week and she didnt think that was fair. She called back about 3 weeks later again complaining that she wanted a refund  and that the amount paid to me was now $500.00 which was a total lie. Her original payment was $300.00. Nancy was very persistent and obnoxious over the phone in which prompted me to hang up on her.

I called Nancy back 2 days later an agreed to return her money but asked her to bring the cancelled check to prove what amount she paid. She never answered my request she responded by writing this lie about me and my center. I have been a therapist for 17 years now and realize we run across all kinds of people  and no matter how we try  to be patient and fair with our customers or clients its just impossible to please certain people like Nancy. I feel sorry for these people and I hope I shall have patience in the future to deal with these people. My offer still stands bring in the cancelled check Nancy I will gladly reimburse your unused monies.
