I want to tell you how sorry I am for jumping ahead of myself and vouching for this nut Richard. I never recieved a single corporation from him nor an ounce of funding. I want to tell you that i am sorry for your loss and i'm sorry for mouthing off to you previously on this site. You were right, I was wrong.

look, there are countless other companies out there that are able to fulfil the corporations with lines of credit service, Richard is not one of them, he has no vendors and absolutely no ability to fulfil this service, it's that simple. STAY AWAY!! this website enables people that have been scammed by scumballs like richard to voice caution to others. DO NOT BUY FROM RICHARD Goddeau. he will never be able to fulfil the order and you will NEVER be able to get him on the phone. He is a one man show and do not believe he has a huge corporate entity behind him, do not believe the lie that he has been in business for 20 years, he is a diabolical liar. everyone reading this has been warned.

Richard, absolutely, 100% CANNOT fulfil your orders for corporations with credit. he lives in a crappy little apartment (an absolute hole in Athens area of New York) and he lies about having a large staff and offices nationwide. That is the absolute 100% truth. There are plenty of legit companies out there that offer these services, they won't even let this guy be a reseller because of how many people he has screwed.

Give his name the integrity test, go to google and type in "Richard Goddeau" you will see dozens of people that he screwed, next for the multitude of you who have been screwed by him go to: the attorney generals website for new york, as you will see this jerk has multiple open cases against him.

I hear what you're but you may want to check with the person you bought the corp from. Richard, from all I have seen, is quick to refund. A perfect example of this was when my clients (who all paid) started getting nervous because of the junk that they were reading on this ripoffreport site. i sent an email to Richard explaining that I had nervous clients. he called me back in less than 30 minutes (this was on a Sunday) and insisted on a full refund (he even refunded my reseller investment) and in addition to the refund he said he was going to continue working on the corps that I ordered.
No Joke, Monday morning I recieved a 100% refund while simultaneously he has continued working on my corps. In my book that says something about the integrity of this guy.

Workingwomen, I'm not shooting you down, all I'm saying is that all my deals with this guy have been fair.

If you're missing money I seriously doubt it's from richard, maybe it's from the reseller or someone else that was involved in the process. Keep in mind, richard is the guy that puts the packages together and 'resellers' market his product. a reseller must mark up the price to make a profit. Sometimes the reseller is quick to pass the blame. I met richard and talk to him just about everyday, he doesn't want the hassle of holding the money of an unhappy client. he is very fast to give refunds.

My name is Christian and me and my business partner paid for services along with many other's Richard. You recieved $30,000 plus an additional $6500 from myself. And never delivered the services that you said you had by way of this Companies Inc. Another group of people paid you and your co-part Judith Olsen in Atlanta Georgia. And I was only refunded $4,000. My business partner continued to work with you, and you still have not been able to produce the 1 million in unsecured credit from either company. I want my money back!!!! And I will do everything in my power to get it!!. And this is fraud, and money laundering for your "ex-employee" because you used the internet to scam people and have them wire funds to this Judith person. I still have all the documents that were sent from you in the corporation promising the lines of credit, and I have already started legal proceedings against you all. So this Companies Inc, Midwest Financial, Golden Key will all have to face the consequences.

Just a quick rebuttal here in regard to your report. First of all, I have not ripped you off in any way shape or form. If you have an issue, you can call me, discuss it, and see where this is headed. As for me, if you have not contacted me, or informed me of the issues, and further have not tried to resolve any issues that you may have, and just decided to file a report, then my statement is clear and concise. I do work out any issues I have with clients, potential clients, and resellers. Any one out here, can do what they want, say what they want, and it gets published, regardless of content, and it happens all the time out here. So if you supposedly have an issue, contact me with all due respect, and we'll talk about it, and if it's truly a problem, we will then solve it. Until then, I do not take this report as a serious matter, and my legal team does not hold this as legitimate.

from what I understand Richard doesn't even have any products that are 150k, and what does that have to do with money laundering? it doesn't make sense?
