This guy was kicked out of RESOLUTION INSURANCE many many years ago. For the past few years he's been selling fake insurance in the name of legit brands like RESOLUTION.

Richard Kavila come around begging to sell you insurance, the paperwork Richard Kavila produces is amazing, including a Reslolution Insurance Business Card. If you offer to pay Richard Kavila by check, he offers a discount for cash. If you pay Richard Kavila by cash, he takes your money and splits.

Richard Kavila is a thief, call the authorities when he tries to solicit you.
