Richard Smylie Jr. is the worst. He's like a terrorizer.  So many sellers have referred him to their lawyers because he's out of his mind. They have an entire scam which he heads. They quote an individual a price for a designer item, the individual sends the item in, then they change the price quote.

Then they make you pay for return shipping which is $75 (although it doesn't cost that much) and try to claim the fee is for "inspection of merchandise" but they offer that inspection free of charge at any Fashionphile store.

They do this scam over and over again and when you finally had it and scream at them he then makes sure you can never sell your items with them again. I would never hire him to oversee risk/fraud at any company because he makes chasing down sellers a personal vendetta and loses all sense of propriety. He's nasty and a scam artist.
