Richard Steiber is a liar. He claims to have served me on April 26 2013 @ a time when I wasn't even in the county. I was driving a client from Redondo Beach at the time that I was supposedly served in Irvine, Doubletree Hotel. Richard Steiber filed the false proof of service with OC courts. I called Richard and asked him to check into the matter, he never did call me back and refused to answer my phonecalls. He is not to be trusted.
