I bought 2 vacation certificates on ebay. each for 2 free round trip tickets to 7 destinations,of which I was to choose 1,for each certificate. When I went to use these certificates,only then did I find this was a scam.I paid 72.00 u.s. for these tickets and they are useless,no way to contact seller.

Here is another email address for Joe Richey, plus the phone number of his 'fine establishment'.
But, it will do no good, you will not get a response. He has stolen so many people's money, and I don't know if anyone has gotten any back yet, not from what I have read. I still haven't gotten mine and I am constantly emailing him. Have filed with the BBB in Oregon, had to respond to the complaint the other day.
Just keep at him and hopefully you'll get your money back. Report him to as many places as you can, eBay for starters, maybe you can get him kicked off of there.
