they do not notify anyone of any debt owed, they do serve legally the papers, they use old debt past the time legal,  they file tens of thousands of cases in las vegas behind a computer and with a n so called attorney Donna Armenta who is dead or not even there. 

They are using her for an attorney for legality but she is nowhere to be found on property .  She is not there because she is dead and does not exist.  They have two big bully ladies in that office with foul mouths dressed in old dirty clothes no manner no professionalism yet this is an attorneys office, this is a real estate company  -= NO IT IS A COMPANY ILLEGALLY OBTAINING PERSONS MEDICAL RECORDS ILLEGALLY AND THEN SUEING THEM WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEM OF ANY DEBT . 

THEY WANT YOU TO NOT SHOW UP SO THEY CAN GARNISH YOUR WAGES.  THEY PREY ON YOU AND WANT YOU TO MISS COURT TO BRING YOU DOWN STEAL YOUR HARD  EARNED MONEY A 60 DOLLAR UNPAID DR BILL THEY FIND AND YOU GO INT O PAY AND THEY SAY NO SEE YOU IN COURT WHICH IS MONTHS AWAY AND THEN YOU CANT GO BECAUSE OF WORK THEY WILL WIN BY DEFAULT.
