Rick And Maryjo Lesinski Aka Maryjo Gesse RIPOFF bad check writing, charity seeking, dishonest Cuba New York

These people came to my lawnsale mentioning names of people that I knew and wanted to purchase multiple items but said they were low on cash because they get monthly checks, and asked if I would take a post dated check until their check came in. And since the items were for their daughter I thought that I would be nice and accept the check. They also offered to purchase the rest of my belongings that I didn't sell so that they could make some cash on their own. Also with the intention of paying with a postdated check. Again I accepted trying to help them out because they claimed to be friends of my son.

I have yet to recieve one dime, both checks were bad. I tried to deposit them numerous times and was told by several people that they were always writing bad checks and had been arrested numerous times for that reason in multiple counties. A simple background check on the computer confirmed that. When I tried to contact them, their phone number had been changed, and there has been no response to letters sent.

These people cannot be trusted. I have also learned that they constantly go to churches and other charities to get money to pay their bills when they have shut off notices. They recieve $2400.00 monthly from the government. Which I believe is a questionable disability because I and many others have personally seen "RICK" out jumpin around and running his s****.> Polly
