Rick Bowens has bunch of scam modeling agencies. He runs them under various names, he often changes those names too and his entire goal is to screw around with Girls and have sex with them. Of course he also makes some money under that agency’s name!

It used to call before Imperative Management (www.Imperativemgmt.com), when people found out about his scam then he changed his operation so called bogus agency’s name to REIGN Strategic Marketing Group (www.reignstrategic.com). Both sites are still up and running without any registration with Georgia Secretary of State. It is the same scammer and same old story to scam young Black Girls and play with their p***y! He put some White Girls pictures but those are not his, those stolen pictures. Girls! Just stay away from this scam artist. He (Rick Bowens) is basically nothing but a pimp.

He (Rickey Bowens) is nothing but a scam artist and also a con artist!!  He (Rick Bowens) has been arrested and convicted several times in the past. All he wants to get some money from women and he (Rick Bowens) wants to get into your pants in the name of Modeling talent Agency. He (Rick Bowens) tried with me too. He is a sweet talker and he knows how to fool young girls! He (Rickey Bowens) is nothing but a sexual predator. He (Rick Bowens) is basically an ignorant thug, a pimp and a sex trafficker. When I responded one of his casting call on Craigslist and he asked me to go there next day in the evening. So I went there around 3 PM and let me to wait almost an hours. Then he showed up. After long sweet talks he (Rick Bowens) started showing me Derek Blanks and Drexina Nelson website with those gorgeous pictures, telling me that they are clients of his and he took those pictures. They also use pictures of models that are not even signed in their agency just to impress young Black Girls. He (Rick Bowens) throughout names, he even does not know what he is talking about. 

He just put out those casting calls to catch innocent young Black Girls to have sex with them and collect their email, Telephone numbers and addresses, to use them later. He (Rick Bowens) never had any project or he (Rick Bowens) ever ever contracted with any Producers or any production company in his lifetime. He just uses bunch of bogus name they do not even exist. He does some odd jobs some time. He placed on his face book that he is a Self Employed and Loving It! Most of the Pictures on his Facebook also fake and those are not taken by him or his so called bogus agency. 

He (Rick Bowens) lied to me as well. He (Rick Bowens) told me that he just got a contract with Hollywood Production Company and he (Rick Bowens) is going to recruit me for the movie and let me sit down with him for almost 2 hours with bunch of Bullshit in a midtown dirty office and I don’t know it is his office or not. When everyone left at that office, he came next to me pulled out his ugly black d**k and telling me that he is really horny and wanted me to suck his dirty d**k. He will give me a chance on a lead role one of his upcoming movie project. I slowly but nicely came out of the room and just ran from his midtown basement office. I was so scared and I did not know what to do. I was lucky! I thought I was going to get raped. He tried to grab me but I was able to escape from this pervert thug.

I also paid him $300.00 and he does not have any idea how to hold a camera. Last year I think he partnered with another loser guy name Israel or something like that, because he mentioned his name. I heard that he (Rick Bowens) and Israel is running that scam now. They both are scam artist and have no clue about the modeling and movie industry. These people do not have any job in their life. They will show off bunch of bullshit but that is actually their scam! Later on I found out lot about him (Rick Bowens). He (Rick Bowens) so broke that he even does not have his own car. 

His (Rick Bowens) company used to call Imperative Management!! When people started to know his true picture he (Rick Bowens) changed his company name as REIGN Strategic Marketing Group (www.reignstrategic.com). However, none of his company is registered with the Georgia Secretary of State or anywhere in the country. He is running illegal enterprises. IRS and State government should catch him and put him in jail. He (www.reignstrategic.com) calls this his agency but he does not have any agency. He is a biggest scam artist and low class real loser! 

He (Rickey Bowens) also just collect contact information from Facebook, Twitter, various social network sites and from those casting calls then he goes to companies to sell his marketing package. He claims himself that he is the nation’s largest email marketer and marketing aggregator. All are just bunch of Bullshit and those all are his scam. He recently opened up another bogus website call REIGN Strategic Marketing Group (www.reignstrategic.com). It is completely bogus and only to scam people. Along the way he will try to get into girls p***y. 

And last but not least I've never got a job, all I had the chance to look at his small d**k, LOL. He (Rick Bowens) and his (www.reignstrategic.com) (www.reignstrategic.com) so called agency Imperative Management (www.Imperativemgmt.com) and REIGN Strategic Marketing Group are huge scam.

Make sure always check with Georgia Secretary of State website and make sure that their company is registered with the state.
