Rick murray/ True North properties Business partner turned out to be a rip off artist. Moss point Mississippi

Went into a business arangment with who I thought was my best friend. The one to spend my life with. We had high hopes. I had decient credit. He had no credit at all. So with very little money we set out to become wealthy. I had commercial property to set up shop in with an apartment in the back. So Rick would have a place to stay.

So for 6 months he stayed for free. He was working at all hours trying to find funding. Finely the day arrived after countless let downs he got the big one. Only problem was it would be another month before closing. I could not carry us both any longer financially. So he came up with getting a bridge loan.

This is after 3 local loans to carry us through. He found 2 ladies through a friend to get just what we needed. They found a loan of 10,000.00 so I signed on Feb 13, 2019. With card in hand began to walk out of the Bank. When Rick said you need to get cash. I questioned this but he said it's easier. We wont have to wait when we get it in our bank to pay things. Well I never got put on the checking account and the LLC. Like I was told and promised I would have full control of all spending.

So now after the other 3 loans and the big $10,000.00 well over $20,000 I am kicked out of the company. I was promised 30% of each flip that I will not recieve. I have no control and he has all the money. All I got was the notes to be payed. I have a call recorder on my phone that he is well aware of. Alone with text messages and emails to prove my statements. Am I afraid of retaliation? No I am not. I already know what LIES ahead. (It's not over)
