I was contacted by this Company out of the blue, saying I was liable for towing and storage fees for a vehicle I haven't owned in 13 years, in a state I haven't lived in for 28 years.

They are threatening to ruin my credit, and telling me they will do so if I don't pay the $1000.00 owed. When I questioned them closely after two phone calls, they hung up on me.

I will contact the usual consumer reporting agencies to alert them to the potential danger to my credit. If anyone is filing a class-action suit against these scumbags, I am interested in being included.
