Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
till they got my 999.00 they where nice as pie after you can t get ahold of them they don t answer the phone or call you back don t answer emails don t update your status on your customer account page don t even ackowledge my purchase but capital one paid them and they took the money i don t know what to do......they did not send my scooter and don t comunicate at all if anybody knows how to deal with this please tell me i either need to get that scooter or my money back help

DEAR NEWS PEOPLE,,, IM RIGHTING IN HOPE OF GETTING HELP WITH A PURCHASE I MADE USEING MY
CAPITAL ONE CARD ENDING IN 0526 I HAVE A CLAIM FOR 999.00 FOR A NEW GT 150 CC GY6 2012 SCOOTER CALLED THE EDGE .....CAPITAL ONE WAS THE VEHICLE USED THE COMPLETE THE PURCHASE ..THEY ALWAYS SAY THE WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE USEING MY CAPITAL ONE CARD THAT I AM PROTECTED ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY OTHER METHODES THAT WARRANTIES GO WAY BEYOND ANY MANUFACTORY AGAINST FAULTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICE WELL THATS NOT TRUE ...WHEN I FIRST REPORTED THIS PROBLEM TO CAPITAL ONE THEY DID GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK RIGHT AWAY THEN IN 45 DAYS THEY RECHARGED ME FOR THE 999.00 AGAIN MY CLAIM NUMBER WITH CAPITAL ONE IS CASE..10001858115380
THE COMPANY THE SCOOTER WAS PURCHASED FROM IS RIDER WHOLESALE IN STATEVILLE N.C. I CAN NOT DEAL WITH THEM DIRECTLY MYSELF BECAUSE THEY HIDE FROM ME ...ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY AND KNOW YOUR PHONE NUMBER THEY WILL NOT ANSWER OR REPLY TO YOU I TRIED TO CALL THEM FROM ANOTHER PHONE AND THEY ANSWERED WHEN THEY KNEW WHO I WAS THEY SAID TO CALL BACK IN 30 MINUTES AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED AGAIN IN FIVE WEEKS I TOLD CAPITAL ONE THEY BETTER GET THAT CASH BACK AND TELL THEM TO TAKE BACK THIS SCOOTER CAUSE I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THIS DEAD PRODUCT THAT CAN NOT BE USED I HAVE NEVER GOT TO RIDE THIS THING NOT EVEN ONCE IT HAS NEVER LEFT MY PATIO IT STILL SITS RIGHT WHERE IT WAS UNWRAPED FROM DELIVERY
IM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DO NO HAVE BEING A SCOOTER THAT RUNS WOULD YOU
RIDER HAS BEEN TRYING TO TELL CAPITAL ONE THAT THEY CAN T GET AHOLD OF ME ....BUT WHAT THEY DON T KNOW IS I HAVE A MAJIC JACK PHONE ON MY COMPUTER AND EVERY TIME I RECEIVE A CALL EVEN IF ITS ON OR OFF MAJIC JACK SENDS ME AN EMAIL ON MY GMAIL.COM THEY TELL ME WHO CALLED AND WHEN AN IF THEY LEAVE A MAESSAGE I CAN DOWNLOAD AND LISTEN TO IT AND THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED OR LEFT A MESSAGE N.A.GEORGE AT nageorge65@gmail.com p/s if they repair it i will keep it and pay if they don t repair it they need to give the money back and pick up this dead scooter thank you
