Kevin Rines and his mother Meredith Rines are still up to no good. They moved Rines Paving from New Hamshire down to Spring Hill Florida. They are taking deposits from clients and not doing the work. Kevin Rines and Meredith Rines are gypsy's that go from state to state ripping off people.
If you need a paving job do not deal with Rines Paving, Kevin Rines, or his mother Meredith Rines.
Do not give Kevin Rines or Meredith Rines any money for paving, loans, cash advances, or any financing. Rines Paving are a mother and son thief team.

I know Kevin Rines and Sue Rines very well in fact when they were in NH they ripped so many people off everyone that worked for him had to fight for there money. The people that were helping him took all there stuff back cause he could not make his payments. I know for a fact that Kevin Rines and Sue Rines are nothing but scumbags who should be in jail for a long time. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR HIS MOTHER SUE RINES and that is her real name there company was out of Meredith, NH where they lost everything as I said cause they couldn't pay bills he was to busy out buying new toys instead of working. If you are looking to support a family that is not the company to work for and if you want anything done don't call him he will not give you what you want. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY

In response to Kevin Rines post about how successful he is and how many happy customers he has- please see the attached report from the BBB. It takes a lot to get an F on the BBB. Rines Paving is a fraud company run by a fraud named Kevin Rines.
Attached is the picture of a standup guy who defaulted on Pearl Capital. He didnt have the guts to pick up a single phone call. Must be because he is s****.>

I guess Kevin Rines is back in defrauding action. Kevin Rines you defaulted on Pearl Capital for $12,000.00. You and your mother Meredith Rines owe Pearl Capital money.
Call Pearl Capital and make good on your debt if you are such a standup guy.

We have Never done such a thing we do thousands of jobs for small clients to large jobs for the state of N.H. or Federal jobs. Are Company has a strong return policy. We are a Large company the dose millions in work and will continue to do so and we are not located in F.L. we are in N.H. only N.H. so before you say something try to know what your saying but the only thing people have to go by is what you are saying. I have a Good clean company and good track recored. So thanks for the report like to know what you think next who knows......
