I honestly can not recommend doing business with this company. I ordered a bracelet which got lost twice before it finally mailed. It took 2 1/2 months to receive it. Before they mailed it the 3rd time I requested a refund which I was denied as they claimed it is already in the mail.

In response I asked the person to forward our email conversation (there was plenty) to her manager. Never got a response or a refund after that. The bracelet itself falls only in the 'o.k.' category. Personally I will NEVER order from them again!
