Ringophone.com, scam sends nothing and takes your money.. Internet

I would give you all the info, you want, but there is no phone number where they can be reached, and there is no city and state to be found on their site. I was lucky to find a URL, I guess you would call it. I have contacted them 4 different times and still haven't got a reply from them. I didn't this was a SCAM until after I had paid for 6 montrhs, of supposedly being able to download ringtones, YEAH RIGHT. I have tried and tried, and this what I get when I tryt to download from their site, Error 403, Forbidden. All I want is myu money and for them to be closed dow2n so they won't be able to this to anyone else.
