I bought a used phone from a seller on Ebay. However before buying I checked the ESN with Ringplus. Ringplus gave the esn the all clear. After recing the phone I went to the ringplus site to configure it. I followed all of the directions as written. I opened 2 support ticket on Memorial day. I explained how I used the advice from the website. The next day I rec'd a reply that I also followed as well, to no avail. I replied to the enail sent to me by ringplus Twice. Now the company is ignoring ny replies.I would now like a refund of my $12 spent with this site
