These Scam Artists created an agreement of purchase and sale with smoke screen clauses. The contract was not clear that the house would have builder's grade finishings rather than granite upgrades,The deposit is non refundable, something these scam artists don't tell you. I was ripped off for $120,000.00 by these scum realtors.
