Ive been getting riped off by risebroadband for along time. I was paying for 10mps speed and been getting around 1.4. A tech that came out here to try and fix my slow net problem told me i should go to the 5 cuase i was paying for the 10. I called them up to let them know ive never gotten anywhere near 10 and all they said is they would take a few bucks off this bill and $10 off the next three bills.
