Risk free was aked to provide repairs on a diesel engine. When he provided the bill he had greatly increased the number of hours
needed to perform the repairs. I had the bill reviewed by three different repair facilities. One of them was a kenworth dealer who
reviwed the repair time based on Kenworth shop rate( it was a Kenworth truck) Risk Free had trippled the repair time needed.
When I went to question Mr. Young about the issue he unleased a profanity filled tyraid calling me names and screaming and told
me to pay the bill or he would lock up the truck. He then hung up on me.
