Risk Management Partners RMP - Jubilee - Miracle Management Group ripoff, fraud, and embezzlement Scottsdale Arizona

I signed up with Risk Management Partners, Ltd / Aka: RMP / AKA: Jubilee back in August of 2002 for Credit Cards Debts that my Ex-Fiance racked up on me. When I signed up, they automatically deducted payments from my checking account over a period of time in a settlement accountthey set up for me which total (Approximately) $4795.00. They gave me User ID and PassWord where I can log-on to check the status and view my account. In my account, it shows that one Credit Card was settled. But now I don't know if it's true or not.

Now, I am having troubles with one Credit Card Company (Discover Card) at which they are going through a Law Firm by settleling the account for the amount of $4515.19 along with interest. This past May 24th of 2006, I tried to fax them the information along with the letter head for help, but the fax would not go through as if the line was disconnected. I tried the toll-free number, and that number also disconnected. When I tried by emailing then, I received a message from my email server stating (Tekkain@RiskMP.com / Mike@RiskMP.com / Amie@riskmp.com / CustServ@riskmp.com / Legal@riskmp.com) that the following addresses had permanent fatal errors and connection timed out with mail.riskmp.com

Now, here I am stuck in more finacial jam where I can't settle the one Credit Card / Law Firm which could lead into a Law Suit for which Risk Management Partners should have taken care of long time ago. If so, I am lucky that I saved all the emails that the Risk Management Partners sent me, and also saving the web page of my membership account showing the amount that they took from me.

Right now, I can't afford a Lawyer by filing a Law Suit against the Risk Management Partners, Ltd / AKA: RMP / AKA: Jubilee / AKA: Miracle Management Group by getting my money back and/or by sueing them for damage. I hope someone will contact me after reading this report by helping me out along with other who have the same troubles with.
