Your rebuttal is proving my point.
The Attorney Generals office has pdf files containing 300 pages of complaints against Rite-way and your other sub-businesses Basement Wholsalers, Wholesale Waterproofers and Foundation & Home Services run by Karen Ingalls and Stuart Lowe. The aliases used by you and Mr Lowe are documented.
You have no BBB rating and have a Alert Issued for your Business.
Rite-way has several addresses listed in the last 3 years alone and have responded to complaints as business moved or closed several times over the last few years and rebilling for warranty continuation claiming company has new owner.
Karen Ingalls Is your maiden name and you are using Karen Lowe on other documents.
Your language is another example of the service you provide to ohio residents.
The use of substandard materials and overpromising jobs is evident to consumers as well by the complaints filed against your company with attorney generals office ohio.

Who ever decided to write such a ridiculous review should have done some research first.
1. Riteway is owned by a parent company and has been in business for over 20 years
2. Riteway has only had 3 BBB complaints in the last 3 years and has a A rating
3. There are no attorney general complaints
4. KAREN INGALLS is the owner this is public knowledge if you would simply go to the ohio secretary of state website its all right there
5. Riteway has been at the same address for 3 years and before that was in Summit county a different county
6. If the company is so bad why are doing work for multiple banks, companies, contractors, and even CITY WORK.
7. What LLC Riteway is owned by a Corporation
Who ever wrote this review didn't even put there name on it so the company has no clue who it is or maybe it isn't a real complaint most likely just a competitor making up BS. The other companies listed by this person from my research are still in business. Really not sure why someone would want to make up such stupid lies but thought I would put my two cents into it.
