Ritz Building Industry Limited After PO, requested transfer to 3 different non-existant bank accounts. We have paid but never received the marchandise Qinghu Shenzhen, Guangdon

I choose this company Ritz Building Industrial Ltd over 3 other options at Alibaba that offer high-end kitchen cabinets. We carried out a due diligence and all seemed ok, but we did not visit the facility. We wanted to have a new supplier for cabinets and give a try to this company. At the beginning it was ok up to the purchase order that my company sent with the 50% deposit. From that point on all went wrong. Communication was very poor, not even responding at some point. Jessica (one of seller's customer service agent), tried hard to mix things up. It was real painful. She gave us a bank account information in Hong-Kong, while the company is in china. We did pay the deposit to this account, but they told us they have closed that account and provided a new one. But once again, the new account was not working. Finally, they provided a third account that did work for the initial deposit.

Our PO specified that we required detailed pictures of the assembled cabinets before shipping. They were not able to provide pictures. They sent us 4 repeated pictures where cabinets are clearly not assembled and with lot of missed parts. We have asked for pictures during 2 weeks without answer. Finally, they respond saying the package was already at the port and they were not longer able to take pictures. They asked to pay the remaining 50%. But we have no proofs of what was inside the packaging. Their excuse was that they cannot go to the production line to take pictures, that was not part of their politics. We were so frustrated. The pictures they sent show cabinets are painted in rose color while we requested a white mate color. Moreover, they did not provide all the items we ordered in the PO.

Then, they requested us to pay extra 470$ for receiving the goods in Montreal. While their quote and our PO specifies the price is CFI Montreal. It was unbelievable. A real scam!

The delay on this order is so important that our company had to order new cabinets at a local store, loosing over 11,000 $ and our credibility with clients. This was a very bad experience. We will not recommend this company at all in any sense, for any kind of business relationship.

This is the worst ever supplier in our list.
