River CIty Air Dave Cook $3000 for 2 air cleaners and vacuum. None of them work right, we are waiting for them to come and fix the stuff. The vacuum is broke. We were told that it has a lifetime warranty. Post Falls, Idaho

We have a receipt here that reads November 1, 2009 for 2 aircleaners and 1 vacuum sold from River City Air. When we use the aircleaners, you can always see dust floating around in the room so I don't really think they have done alot of good. The beater brush doesn't seem to be very durable and is broken already. We've hardly used it at all- we are supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the vacuum. The vacuum tends to get plugged very easily and has to get cleaned out so it can work. We've called the company that sold it to us and they were supposed to respond. It has been over a week now and they haven't even called.
