looking for a retirement area - be careful when dealing with this company. i could not get anything in writing, but he wanted a huge downpayment for a mobile home. after a discussion regarding the mobile home, i left with no intent of returning. this is an out-of-the-way place, with little to offer. i wasted my time and gas money.
