Horrible place to work. I have been working thier approx 8 years, once new management took over from Orange County Transportation working conditions have gotten progressively worse. Employees are subugated to excessive disciplines for minor infractions, long working hours without lunch breaks, audio video intrusions of employees movement and personal conversations, hostile working conditions, limited to little or no security for employee while performing the daily job duties and micromanagement from senior management. Many employees have stress cases with the State of California as well as the Labor Board.
