Richard Byerly does business as R&J Contracting Services LLC and bids moving jobs on UShip. On first review, he seems to have a good record. However, the UShip site ranking does not include the numerous no call no show moves. Upon closer review, he does not own a moving truck and has left a lot of people stuck without a mover with no notice.
I understand, sometimes there are delays. Life happens. But Richard Byerly does not have the decency to call and reschedule or cancel. He just stops answering your calls, text messages and emails.
Honesty, integrity and professionalism are very important when you hire a company to move your personal belongings. Do your research first and I think you will find a better option than Richard Byerly.
