Price of $15.00 service charge plus labor quoted over the phone. The tech then charged a $75.00 labor time charge, $15.00 service charge, then a $189.00 house lock fee. The tech Played with an air bag for about 2o seconds claiming it wouldn't work. He then started up his drill only to not use it. He then went to his truck and got somethinh else to open the door. The item was not visible, but as he got in his truck to leave, he dropped it. As he left, I picjked what turned out to be a plastic Chipotle gift card.
